Fee: a. Processing fee in the form of Crossed Indian Postal Order of Rs. 40/-payable to Divisional
Sports Officer / Divisional Sports Association /Eastern Railway, Sealdah , payable at GPO/ Kolkata
should be attached by UR and OBC candidates only with the application forms
Mode of Recruitment : a. The selection of candidate will be done by the competent recruitment
committee and trial committee through Trials and Interview. b. The candidates declared fit in
TRIALS shall only be considered for the interview stage by Recruitment Committee.
Medical Examination :The candidate will require to be declared medically fit by Rly. Medical

The application can be dropped in the box kept at Divisional Railway Manager’s Office ( 1st floor),
Sports Section, Kaiser Street, Sealdah, Kolkata-700014, from one day after the date of
publication of notification dt- 21-12 -2012 (except Saturday / Sundays and Holidays)
from 10:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs.The envelope containing the application must be superscribed
